Pegasus Oracle is a career pathing platform service for recruiting talent into critical sector jobs. It is important to understand that Pegasus Oracle is not a human resources company, and we certainly do not replace human resource departments. We offer supplemental services that integrate the workflows of human resource departments, particularly those that need employee acquisition and retention. Our platform focuses on developing workforce strategies that increase training and skills development within the digital age. Additionally, by creating a platform that mirrors flexibility we can increase your reach of hirable talent to include hybrid learning modules that can be accessed from any mobile device. The purpose of our program is to support transformative efforts to improve job quality and availability of good jobs, particularly for the benefit of historically marginalized populations and communities that have experienced barriers to employment in good jobs. 

Why focus on Critical Sectors?

In January 2022, the Biden administration announced the Good Jobs Initiative led by the Department of Labor to provide critical information to workers, employers, and government entities as they seek to improve job quality and create access to good jobs free from discrimination and harassment for all workers and job seekers. With the increase in need for critical sector positions, Pegasus Oracle has adopted a new recruitment model approach where talent and employer can reach mutually beneficial work agreements that center on employee growth and retention. 

How We Work: 

Our platform offers three major features: The Career Platform, Candidate Connections, and Business Intelligence for KPI tracking.  Individuals interested in joining Candidate Connections complete an application process and undergo a pre-screening by Pegasus Oracle for career assessments and interests. From there, accepted applications are provided a member profile to explore employment opportunities and enroll in Certification Trainings. By partnering with employers, we can create a continuous supply of talent at your fingertips for interviews and training opportunities. With our educational and training development app, Pegasus Oracle can help you increase your training and certification efforts by leveraging your own team or using ours.
